Chris Peelout formed THE LOW BUDGETS in Philadelphia in early 2000. He was interested in having an organ driven punk band in the Mummies/Kinks style. He recruited his pal, ex-Dead Milkmen, Joe Jack Talcum to play the organ, Dandrew for the bass and Steve Please for the drums. They hit it off right away and instantly gained a local following for their goofy, danceable punk. |
